Q: Where does Gravity Autos obtain used vehicles from? 

We buy our cars from a wide range of sources. Most of our cars are high-quality vehicles taken in by trade or through lease returns. These are the two primary sources we tend to rely on to find the best and most reputable pre-owned vehicles. Our experienced buyers travel all over the United States to find quality cars so we can offer our customers great deals. 

Q: Can I have the vehicle mechanically inspected? 

We understand that purchasing a used vehicle can be filled with uncertainty! As a result, we try to remove as much uncertainty as possible by offering in-depth vehicle history reports. Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, Gravity Autos welcomes inspections of vehicle on our lot. However, you are responsible for Full Payment for the inspection. We also recommend and offer extended warranties.

Q: What can I expect from my purchase? 

You can expect only the best overall buying experience. Our goal is to exceed your expectations! We will provide you with professional and courteous service, high quality vehicles, the best pricing and a hassle-free buying experience. We make every effort to describe each car as accurately as possible. 

It is important when buying a pre-owned vehicle to understand that it may have some minor scratches, dings or chips that comes with the mileage and age of the vehicle. Some vehicles may not have minor items such as floor mats, CD magazines, extra keys, manuals, cigarette lighters, navigation discs, etc. Mileage posted in this listing may vary slightly due to local test driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions, and do not assume anything. 

Q: Do you take trade-in vehicles? 

Yes, we take trade-ins! In fact, we rely on customers like you to provide high-quality trade-in vehicles. Even if your current vehicle isn’t in the best condition, you can still trade it in to our dealership. In either case, we offer fair market value for your trade-in.

Q: Do you offer any kind of warranty? 

Yes, we offer a full line of warranty products that we can tailor to fit your lifestyle and needs. And when you decide which vehicle is best for you, we can customize the perfect used car warranty for you. 

Q: Do you provide Carfax vehicle history reports? 

At Gravity Autos, our goal is to ensure you purchase a vehicle with the highest level of confidence. Because of this, we offer Carfax Vehicle History Reports on every vehicle on our lot. We encourage you to review items on the report, and if you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask us. 

Q: I am out-of-state and I want to fly in to pick up my vehicle. Is this okay? 

Fortunately, we’re conveniently located near one of the busiest airports in the United States. As a result, we regularly roll out the red carpet and welcome clients to our dealership from around the world. When you decide to fly in, just let us know. We’ll be glad to pick you up from the airport and bring you to our facility. Many of our clients take advantage of coming to Atlanta and make a weekend out of it by staying at one of the many nice hotels in Atlanta.

Q: When can I expect to receive my vehicle registration paperwork?  

Registration paperwork can take about two to three weeks to complete. When your title is transferred, we will send you the registration either via mail or email. You can also check the status of your paperwork by calling (770) 674-0050. 

If your paperwork has been processed, you can go to your local tag office and present your bill of sales, driver’s license, and proof of insurance to collect your tag. We do not charge for your tags but you will have to pay a tag fee at the DMV. We will not hand you the title even if you paid cash for your vehicle because the state of Georgia does not allow us to do so. If you live out of state and are financing through a bank, we will charge you sales tax and title fees. 

Within three weeks we will mail the title, paperwork and all the tax and title monies to your local tag office. At that point, you can go to your tag office and collect you tag. The title will be directly mailed to your lien holder. If you have paid cash or check for your vehicle purchase you will receive your title directly at your mailing address within 21 days, and you will be responsible for your local sales tax title and tag fees.
