While the car I purchased from Gravity—a VW ID. Buzz—might not be considered a traditional luxury car, the service and follow-up from Z were pure luxury. I’d been contemplating the ID. Buzz for a while and found the perfect used one at Gravity—right price, perfect color. Though I’d never bought a car sight unseen, Z guided me through the entire process with confidence, from negotiation to this morning’s delivery. He even made himself available on his day off and late at night to resolve a minor scheduling issue. I highly recommend Gravity for any vehicle purchase, but I especially want to recognize Z as an outstanding sales associate.

I knew the vehicle i wanted and I shopped for it for months. I came across this dealer online and they had the car at the best price I was able to find online. I went in and saw that it was in great shape, Harris my sales person was attentive, patient, and willing to answer any questions. He was not pushy and as a sales person myself, i appreciated that! I purchased the vehicle and the process was smooth and pretty quick compared to other times i have purchased vehicles. Their manager was also involved in the process, just making this an even more smooth purchase. Once the purchase was completed I had a pleasant surprise, Gio! Gio approached us even though it was already nighttime and a bit late, he did not hesitate to come to us and ask us if we needed help navigating the vehicle, (its an electric vehicle), he walked us through the car, he was patient and as of today i still maintain contact with him, he ordered us a brand new charger and has been communicate, effective, and very professional through it all. I would buy from this dealer again with no hesitation. I am happy to have found this place and recommend it 10/10 to anyone. They are a luxury dealer and treat you as such. You will not regret it.
