Q: Where do you obtain your cars?

Q: Can I have the vehicle mechanically inspected?
A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Gravity Autos welcomes inspections of all of its vehicles we sell (you are responsible for Full Payment for the inspection). We also recommend and offer extended warranties.
Q: What can I expect from my purchase?
A: You can expect only the best overall buying experience – we will exceed your expectations! We will Provide you professional and courteous service, high quality vehicles, the best pricing and a painless buying experience. We make every effort to describe each car as accurately as possible. It is important when buying a pre-owned vehicle to understand that it is not brand new – it may have some minor scratches, dings or chips associated with the miles and age of the vehicle. Some vehicles may not have loose items such as floor matts, CD magazines, extra keys, manuals, cigarette lighters, navigation discs, etc. Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly do to local test driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing. Please ask if you have any questions. Do NOT assume anything.
Q: Do you take trade-ins?
A: Yes, we take trade-ins. We offer fair market value for your trade-in.

Q: Do you provide Carfax vehicle history reports?

Q: I am out-of-state and I want to fly in to pick up my vehicle. Is this okay?
A: Not a problem, many clients book a flight into (ATL) Atlanta, GA Airport. If you choose this option, we’ll be glad to pick you up from the airport and bring you to our facility. Many of our clients take advantage of coming to Atlanta and make a weekend out of it by staying at one of the many nice hotels in Atlanta.
Q: When can I expect to receive my vehicle registration paperwork?
A: Registration paperwork can take about two to three weeks to complete. When your title is transferred we will send you the registration either via mail or email . You can also check the status of your paperwork by calling 678-349-2900. If your paperwork has been processed, you can go to your local tag office and present your bill of sales, drivers license, and proof of insurance to collect your tag. We do not charge for your tags but you will have to pay a tag fee at the DMV. We will not hand you the title even if you paid cash for your vehicle – the state of Georgia does not allow us to do so. If you live out of state and are financing through a bank, we will charge you sales tax and title fees. Within three weeks we will mail the title, paperwork and all the tax and title monies to your local tag office. At that point, you can go to your tag office and collect you tag and the title will be directly mailed to your lien holder. If you have paid cash or check for your vehicle purchase you will receive your title directly at your mailing address within 21 days and you will be responsible for your local sales tax title and tag fees.
